Hotel Mosaic City Centre Amsterdam

The location was great, just a short walk away from the city center, perfect for exploring and enjoying the New Year festivities. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about nearby attractions and public transportation options. The fact that the reception was open 24 hours was also a plus, as we could always get assistance whenever we needed it.

The bed was not very comfortable, a bit difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The staff at the reception was really good and friendly. The beds were so comfortable. The view outside overlooks one of the smaller canals. The staff was extremely helpful in recommending local eateries and events. The rooms had a double and single bed with enough space for our bags. The hotel was a couple of blocks from transportation. They even allowed us to keep our bags in the reception area after checkout.

Felt like a home away from home, nothing to complain about.

Never had a better weekend before, everything was nice. Central location of this boutique hotel was a bonus. Easy access to Schiphol airport, which was about 20 minutes' drive away.

We had a such great stay here, everything was great. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the room was bright with extra two beds. The location was unbeatable, for example, a private park was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

I had a nice stay in a long time. All lovely: location and staff. The hotel was in a surprisingly quiet area, so close to coffee shops and south and the city centre. Lots of food at breakfast, including coffee and bakery.

The venue is hip new, it offers fine breakfast and has PERFECT location very close to Museum quarter, the center of the city and tram station.

The hotel's location is excellent, with attractions like the Van Gogh Museum and Rijksmuseum just a 15-minute walk away. Supermarkets and bakeries are also nearby, making it convenient for grabbing snacks or breakfast.

Some neighboring rooms can be loud outside, which may disturb your peace and quiet during your stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! the value for money was outstanding, especially considering the central location. Secondly, the staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to help us. They even assisted us in finding a late-night pizza delivery, which was a lifesaver. Lastly, our room was modern and clean, with a balcony overlooking a beautiful canal.
